Ordinance No. 20-17 - Rezoning of Catchers Creek of Ham Lake

ORDINANCE NO. 20-17

 

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING A PORTION OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY OF HAM LAKE, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA.

 

The City Council of the City of Ham Lake does hereby ordain as follows, pursuant to Article 9 of the Ham Lake City Code.

 

That the zoning classification for the following described property situated in the City of Ham Lake, Anoka County, Minnesota is hereby designated R-1 (Single Family Residential) (Catchers Creek of Ham Lake).

 

The land referred to herein is situated in the State of Minnesota, Anoka County described as follows:

 

PIN 30-32-23-32-0004

That certain parcel of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 30, Township 32 North, Range 23 West, described as follows, to wit:

 

Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, Section 30, Township 32, Range 23 and running thence East along the North section line for a distance of 250 feet, thence South parallel with the West line of said section for a distance of 871.2 feet, thence running West parallel with the North line for a distance of 250 feet, thence running North along the Westerly section line for a distance of 871.2 feet to the place of beginning, Anoka County, Minnesota.

 

Presented to the Ham Lake City Council on August 5, 2019 and adopted by a unanimous vote this 21st day of December, 2020.
