TAKE NOTICE, that pursuant to the requirements of Minnesota Law, a public hearing shall be held before the Ham Lake Planning Commission on Monday, February 22, 2021 at 6:01 p.m. at the City Hall located at 15544 Central Avenue NE for the purpose of considering the application of Steve Schahn for a Conditional Use Permit to operate Schahn Construction Services, LLC (a concrete/masonry business) at 15630 Central Avenue NE, a parcel of certain land situated in the City of Ham Lake, Anoka County, Minnesota and which is described as follows to wit:
