TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Ham Lake will meet in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 6:01 p.m. on June 5, 2017, to consider the making of an the improvement of 167th Avenue NE, westerly from Lexington Avenue to the cul-de-sac; and Fraizer Street NE from 167th Avenue NE to 165th Avenue NE; and 165th Avenue NE from Fraizer Street NE westerly and ending in a cul-de-sac, pursuant to Minnesota Statues, Sections 429.011 to 429.111. The area proposed to be assessed for such improvement is the properties abutting on such streets. The estimated cost of such improvement is $418,227.04. Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed improvement will be heard at this meeting.
