ORDINANCE NO. 19-03

 

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING A PORTION OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY OF HAM LAKE, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA.

 

The City Council of the City of Ham Lake does hereby ordain as follows, pursuant to Article 9 of the Ham Lake City Code.

 

That the zoning classification for the following described property situated in the City of Ham Lake, Anoka County, Minnesota is hereby designated CD-2 (Commercial Development Tier 2) (Coon Creek Commercial Park).

 

The land referred to herein is situated in the State of Minnesota, Anoka County described as follows:

 

Parcel 1:  The East 165 feet of that part of the West Half of the Northwest Quarter lying South of the public road known as the Andover Road there located, being located in Section 29, Township 32, Range 23, Anoka County, Minnesota.

 

Proposed Parcel 2:  That part of the West half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 29, Township 32, Range 23, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying West of the East 165.00 feet thereof and lying North of the following described line:

 

Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; thence North 00 degrees 11 minutes, 55 seconds West, assumed bearing, along the West line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, 131.53 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence South 85 degrees 05 minutes 10 seconds East, 210.15 feet; thence South 71 degrees 26 minutes 25 seconds East, 141.53 feet; thence South 66 degrees 52 minutes 19 seconds East, 170.57 feet to the Southwest corner of said East 165.00 feet of the West half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter and said line there terminating.

 

 

Presented to the Ham Lake City Council on April 15, 2019 and adopted by a unanimous vote this 6th day of May, 2019.
